A Junction Staple,
Built on Simple Rules

Junction Smoothie Bar opened its doors on Main Street with one conviction: if you can't pronounce the ingredient, it doesn't go in the blend.

What started as a weekend stand at the Junction farmers market grew into a full-time shop because people kept coming back — not for the convenience, but because the taste was unmistakable. You can actually taste the difference when fruit is the first ingredient, not the last.

Today we source from local Texas farms when possible, press our juices every morning, and still turn down suppliers who cut corners. This is a small town, and we intend to stay part of it.
